el and Arang Kel are hardly accessible due to heavy snowfall. However, you can visit Muzaffarabad, Pirchinasi and surrounding valleys of Neelum. Visit Murree, Nathia Gali, Naran and Shogran. Swat can be an excellent decision if you want to enjoy ski.
