we are couple with 4 month infant is it safe for the baby to travel from kel to arang kel and do treking and spend a night there?
In winter you may need update wether report to visit any forwared areas of AJK, specailly neelum valley but in summer you can easily travel safely and there is no issue. all the facilities are availbe, hotesl and resorts are aslo availbe rate are bit high there bcz of the long distacne from main cities and markets so you must have enough budget to stay there for week or so.
